Sensory Playing Cards – Light & Dark Editions
Sensory Playing Cards present a striking graphic design built from abstract lines and shadows. Each card is unique, with redesigned pips, rearranged layouts, and four Aces specially decorated with intricate line work. The courts mirror the card back aesthetic, reflecting the deck’s philosophical inspiration and artistic depth.
Design Philosophy
Black and white have long existed in contrast across both Eastern and Western traditions: despair and hope, dusk and dawn, shadow and light. The Sensory Deck captures this duality:
- Sensory Light: Emphasizes clarity, visual brilliance, and illumination.
- Sensory Dark: Focuses on depth, mood, and emotional resonance.
Together, they form a symbolic balance—similar, yet opposite. Another Promethean fire born in card design.
Deck Features
- Limited Edition: Light – 2500 decks / Dark – 1000 decks
- Printer: USPCC on high-quality premium paper
- Design: Abstract lines, custom suits and values
- Aces: Specially adorned with bold line artistry
- Theme: A visual and philosophical exploration of duality
The Sensory Playing Cards are not only powerful visual tools for performance and collection—they are also an artistic statement on light and shadow, balance and opposition.
