Shipping policy
How soon will my order arrive?
We ship within 24 hours of your order being placed (Monday-Friday). Orders usually arrive within 3-4 business days. We are located in the Midwest (Lincoln, Nebraska, United States). If you are placing an international order, it is our company policy to wait 7-10 business days before shipping an order.
Order Confirmation
Confirmation will be in the form of an email to you verifying your order information. Be sure to include your real email address in our online order form. We need it in order to email a copy of your charges and to contact you in case we have any questions regarding your order. If there are any errors, please notify us immediately so that we can make the necessary corrections. We will not be responsible for errors if not notified within 24 hours of sending confirmation. Your email address is kept confidential. We do not share, publish or sell our customer list. NOTE: If you have a free email service like Yahoo, Hotmail, etc. you may NOT get our order confirmation email. Our emails have tables, templates, and external links, and many free email services look at these emails as SPAM. If you do not use a business domain and must use a free service, please look in your “spam folder” or “Junk email” folder for an email from MagicKits.com; if you do not have an email in any of your folders, use the Contact form to confirm that we received your order.
Free Shipping Policy
MagicKits.com offers free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $100 or more for merchandise shipped from our Nebraska location.
Products shipped separately from our California Distribution Center are not eligible for the $100 free-shipping offer. A $6.50 handling fee applies to California Distribution Center shipments, and shipping charges are calculated separately at checkout.
If an order contains both Nebraska-fulfilled products and California Distribution Center products, the Nebraska portion may qualify for free shipping when applicable, while the California portion will still have its applicable shipping and handling charges.
