Refund policy

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted. As a fundamental principle of magic retail, “Once the secret is told, the trick is sold.”

MagicKits.com does not accept returns on opened magic items or magic kits under any circumstances. Items that have been opened, used, or had their seal broken are not eligible for return or refund.

Vintage Item Notice:
This item is a collectible and may show signs of age, including possible internal wear or material degradation. Unless explicitly stated as inspected, sealed items have not been opened and contents are not verified. Sold as-is as a collectible.

Defective Items:
Defective items may be exchanged for the exact same item within 30 days of purchase. If the exact item is no longer available, a substitute may be provided at the sole discretion of the merchant. Shipping charges, whether flat-rate or otherwise, are not refundable.

Returns Due to Our Error:
If a return is required due to an error on our part, the customer must ship the item back at their own expense. Upon receipt, a refund will be issued, including the original shipping cost, only if the entire order is returned unopened and in original condition.

Unopened Items (Limited Exception):
If a magic kit has not been opened and the factory seal remains intact, it may be returned for a full refund only with prior approval. You must contact us as soon as possible by calling 402-436-2434 or by submitting a “Contact Us” form on our website to notify us of the return.

Restocking Fee:
Approved returns that are not defective, broken, or missing items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, assessed at the discretion of MagicKits.com Magic Shop.
