Hat Coils – Classic Production Magic
The Hat Coil is a time-honored stage effect where the performer produces hundreds of yards of paper ribbon from an apparently empty hat (or other production prop). The result is a mountain of colorful ribbon, far larger than the hat itself, creating a visually stunning finale that always amazes audiences.
Effect
- Performer shows an empty hat or production prop.
- Several hundred yards of white paper ribbon are magically produced.
- The final load creates a huge pile, far larger than the original container.
Details
- Each coil measures approximately 5" in diameter and 1" thick.
- Compact for transport, yet expands dramatically when produced.
- Each coil is for a single performance and is not reusable.
- Comes with written instructions for one classic routine.
Additional Notes
- Some magicians use the paper pile as cover for a second production, such as a rabbit, dove, or other object (method not included).
- Package includes one Hat Coil only. You supply your own hat or production prop.
Hat Coils are perfect for stage and parlor magic, providing an easy-to-use, high-impact visual effect that fills the stage with surprise and laughter.
