A true classic in the world of magic, the Chinese Sticks routine is as puzzling as it is entertaining. Two sticks are shown, each with a cord and tassel. One cord appears short while the other is long. When the short cord is pulled, the long one becomes short—and this is repeated back and forth with no visible connection between the two. For a finale, both cords become long, and with a tug on an “imaginary hair,” both cords suddenly turn short!

This set comes with its original box and instructions. They are new old stock from a vintage magic shop buy-out, making them a great addition to any magician’s collection. Due to long-term storage, the cords currently work a bit sluggishly but may loosen up with use. For this reason, they are being sold primarily as a collectible display piece alongside other Magic items.
