Shipping Policy
We ship from Lincoln, Nebraska, USA. Most U.S. orders arrive in 3–4 business days.
How soon will my order arrive?
We ship within 24 hours of your order being placed Monday–Friday. U.S. delivery times are typically 3–4 business days, depending on destination and carrier.
International orders: Our policy is to hold international shipments for 7–10 business days before dispatch.
Order confirmation & email delivery
You’ll receive an email confirming your order details. Please use a valid email address so we can send your receipt and contact you if needed.
Tip: If you use a free email service (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail), our confirmation may go to Spam/Junk due to formatting (tables/templates/links). Check those folders for mail from MagicKits.com. If you can’t find it, contact us or call (402) 436-2434 to confirm your order.
If any order details are incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours so we can correct them.
Shipping rates & carriers
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier service.
- We use major carriers (e.g., USPS/UPS/other regional partners) depending on best service to your address.
- Transit times listed at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.
Address changes & delivery issues
- Address corrections: Contact us immediately after checkout. We can’t guarantee changes once a label is created.
- Lost/late packages: If tracking stalls or a delivery is late, reach out to us— we’ll investigate with the carrier.
- Marked “delivered” but not received: Check with household members/neighbors and your mailbox/parcel lockers first. If still missing, contact us so we can open a carrier inquiry.
International shipping
- Orders ship after our 7–10 business-day hold policy.
- Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected on delivery.
- Delays at customs and local carriers can extend delivery timelines beyond our control.
Partial shipments & out-of-stock items
On rare occasions, we may split your order to speed delivery. If an item is back-ordered, we’ll contact you with options.
Local pickup (Lincoln, NE)
Select Local Pickup at checkout. We’ll email you when your order is ready and provide pickup instructions.
