Why can’t I return opened magic kits or tricks?

When you purchase a magic kit or trick, part of what you’re buying is the secret. Once the secret is revealed, the effect loses much of its mystery and value. For this reason, we cannot accept returns on any opened items.

Can I return an unopened magic kit?

Yes. If the kit is unopened (seal unbroken), you may return it for a full refund. Please contact us before sending your return.

What if my order is incorrect or defective?

If a return is the result of our error (incorrect, defective, or missing items), please ship the item back to us at your cost. After inspection, we will issue a refund including your original shipping costs (original shipping is refunded only if the entire order is returned and unopened).

Is there a restocking fee?

Approved returns that are not defective, broken, or missing items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee at the discretion of MagicKits.com.

How do I start a return?

  3. Include your order number or your order confirmation email. Once processed, we’ll credit your account.
What items are not eligible for return?

Any opened magic kit or trick (where the secret is accessible) is not eligible for return.
