This deck of Camacho playing cards were made in Mexico. They feature a cartoon man with a sombrero and a mustache holding cards in his hand. They also have blue decorations on the edges of the cards. The cards are sealed in plastic, but the plastic has a tear at the bottom. The cards do not seem to be effected.
