We ship within 24 hours of your order being placed (Monday-Friday). Orders usually arrive within 3-4 business days. We are located in the Midwest (Lincoln, Nebraska, United States). If you are placing an international order, it is our company policy to wait 7-10 business days before shipping an order.
Confirmation will be in the form of an email to you verifying your order information. Be sure to include your real email address in our online order form. We need it in order to email a copy of your charges and to contact you in case we have any questions regarding your order. If there are any errors, please notify us immediately so that we can make the necessary corrections. We will not be responsible for errors if not notified within 24 hours of sending confirmation. Your email address is kept confidential. We do not share, publish or sell our customer list. NOTE: If you have a free email service like Yahoo, Hotmail, etc. you may NOT get our order confirmation email. Our emails have tables, templates, and external links, and many free email services look at these emails as SPAM. If you do not use a business domain and must use a free service, please look in your “spam folder” or “Junk email” folder for an email from MagicKits.com; if you do not have an email in any of your folders, please call our Toll-Free number to confirm that we received your order.
MagicKits.com does not accept returns on opened magic or Magic Kits. If a return is the result of our error, we are sorry. You will have to ship your item back to us at your cost, and we will issue a refund including the original shipping costs (original shipping cost is refunded only if the whole order is returned and not opened). If you have not opened the kit (broke the seal) you may return it for a full refund. Please call our Toll Free number or fill out a “Contact Us” form on our website as soon as possible to let us know if an order is coming back to us.

Extremely! We wouldn’t have it any other way. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layers). Your orders are retrieved through a back-end office function that pulls all of your personal information in a safe encrypted mode. The site changes to a secure mode on the page where you enter your card information.
We have been selling Magic Kits for almost 30 years out of Lincoln, Nebraska. We send our magic kits all over the world and we have some exclusive magic kits (and magic tricks) that no one else has. MagicKits.com was started by a real Magician and his assistant (Luis & Rogene Villamonte). They have eight children and all the pictures you see on the front page are their children as they grew up. We are a proud family owned business and happy to serve you!
We had a physical brick and mortar store for about 5 years. It was called MagicKits.com Magic Shop. We closed the physical store to make room for the our other business The Computer Magician (Lincoln, NE). Keeping the website running allows us to offer great magic kits and the best possible prices! We do have a Computer Repair Shop and all our magic is in our inventory. You can place an order online and at checkout, pick “local Pickup” and we’ll have it ready for you. If it’s on the website, we have it in stock!
